We had a legacy Shopify integration in place (the native connector) which synced the following objects: Contacts Deals Products We wanted to expand that to include company data as we saw that the sync field mapping had expanded to include the Company object. However, in updating the connector, it broke the connection to the Deal object and shifted the data to Orders instead. The Orders object which has replaced Deals within the data sync mapping is an invisible and uneditable object within our client's portal. We had to roll back to the older version which then cuts out companies.  Please could HubSpot consider brining back the Deal object in the sync mapping so that clients on the legacy version are able to update theirs to benefit from the new Company sync functionality. ...read more

I run a consulting firm where we are the Prime Consultant but often bring on sub-prime / partner consulting firms.  As such we will often need to schedule meetings that include our team members (hubspot users), the sub-prime consultants (not hubspot team members) and the client.    It would be great to be able to create a group meeting type via the scheduler with our user + an external (in this case sub prime consultant user). This would function the same way group scheduling works now; but just allow for hubpot to connect to an external users calendar and availabilty.  ...read more

Currently the Funnel Report doesn't remove any Contacts or Deals that moved backwards.   For example:   Bob Smith was created and assigned a Lead Bob Smith is a Sales Qualified Lead Bob Smith is a Lead In the above scenario, Bob Smith will forever be logged on the Funnel Report as a +1 Sales Qualified Lead, which causes overreporting and the conversion rate to be inaccurate. Changing his Lifecycle Stage does not remove him from the Funnel Report.   I'd love to have this fixed to reflect actual record data rather than historical in this instance, or at least give us the option to filter it out. Lifecycle Stage is often mistakenly updated as a result of inconsistent sales processes, automation that runs on records it shouldn't, and such, but when we find the mistake there's no way to fix the Funnel Report. ...read more

I'm part of a Sales team that would like to strat tracking deals in our pipeline that do not have an active task. This is important to us to ensure every rep is properly following up with prospects. Currently there is not an easy way to see this. So i wanted to create a report that showed all deals that do not have a task to be completed at a future date. I could use task is unknown, but this would show deals where no task has ever been created. It would be nice to have a filter on Deals to show that no next steps are being taken and there is not an expected date of communication by the rep. We'd like to restrict record merging separetely with a specific merging permission. Currently the merging functionality is enabled within the editing privileges, but sometimes we want to restrict merging even though the user can edit a record. Today, we have that capability with importing records. A user can import records if they have editing permissions, but only if they also have the specific importing permission set. It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. If we could customize views we could add few other cotact or in this case also primery comppany related info which would help the users to see faster the information without going into contact card immediately. ...read more

Currently, when you click a TASK title, it takes you to an associated record where there may be many tasks.  I suggest when you click a TASK it brings you to the task itself via the unique engagement ID link.  ...read more

Hello,   I am cleaning my company's template. I identified more than 700 unused templates thanks to the sales content analytics report.    I wanted to select those 700 from there and move them to a cleaning folder BUT that is imposible.   Result: I'll have to go one by one to place the folder in the template.   My request is simply to have the possibility to move the templates in a folder directly from the sales content analytics. I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows.   While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable.   Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below:   Example for a complex workflow trigger   With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria.   Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot. ...read more
