We'd like to restrict record merging separetely with a specific merging permission. Currently the merging functionality is enabled within the editing privileges, but sometimes we want to restrict merging even though the user can edit a record. It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. We upload thousands of customer product images. The only way we can search for them now is to put every image element into the file name. For instance, patio-plants-pergola-water-feature-17. While that's great for getting a somewhat good SEO-optimized image, it's a bit of a pain. Feature Request: Exclude Weekends from "Send Later" in One-to-One Emails I'm reaching out to request a new feature for one-to-one emails in the CRM. Currently, the "Send Later" function doesn't allow you to exclude weekends, which can be inconvenient for business communication. While I appreciate the provided resources on workflows and managing marketing email settings, this feature request specifically relates to one-to-one emails (not workflows or sequences). Here's why excluding weekends from "Send Later" would be beneficial: Improves Engagement: Sending emails on weekdays is more likely to get a response during business hours. The one thing that really annoys me about Hubspot forms is that you have to create custom property if you want to add a custom field to a form.   We have a lot of different forms, most time for just a short amount of time but with multiple entries by the same client.  So we don't want custom properties bloating our contact.    We would like to be able to add an unlimited amount of form fields that isn't connected to a property.  Just like you for example can do in Gravity Forms or Formidable Forms. We use the "Book A Call" feature in Calendy to drive leads.    It's integrated into hubspot, but I can't add it as an asset when building Marketing Campaigns, so there's a blind spot for the conversion metrics.   Hubspot please look at adding other Conversion Points as assets to campaigns. ...read more

Hello,   I am cleaning my company's template. I identified more than 700 unused templates thanks to the sales content analytics report.    I wanted to select those 700 from there and move them to a cleaning folder BUT that is imposible.   Result: I'll have to go one by one to place the folder in the template.   My request is simply to have the possibility to move the templates in a folder directly from the sales content analytics. I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows.   While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable.   Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below:   Example for a complex workflow trigger   With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria.   Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot. ...read more
