Great minds think alike

This feature request is something that many have asked for in the past. When you either have the manual tracking code embedded on the site or utilizing a CMS module that integrates HubSpot into your site (like WordPress), it tracks all forms.  You can get around this to a point by utilizing modern form modules (WP Forms for example) that have native integrations with HubSpot that basically causes the form to be seen as a native form versus a non-HubSpot form.  If you have login forms, or other sensitive data type forms then sometimes these forms are included. I realize that "sensitive" data isn't tracked per se...but then you still get a ton of entries for logins, non-marketing forms, etc. There have been plenty of work arounds over the years, but it's definitely time to get this resolved fully for the HubSpot customers/community.  I envision that to make this easy, in the HubSpot Admin you could toggle individual "tracked" forms that appear and block them from sending any notifications on a form by form level, and/or just stop tracking them completely. It would be great if Hubspot had an in-built AI tool to adjust the english language on emails, landing pages etc. for different markets, such as, UK, Canada and US, who all use different variants of ENG words!  If this tool could use the country of the contact to alter the spelling, even better!  ...read more

We have BDMs setting up meetings for Advisors. The BDM is the meeting organizer, the Advisor is the meeting host. The meeting is in the Advisor's calendar (Outlook, Google...).   The BDMs would like to be notified in HubSpot when a contact accepts a meeting with the Advisor that the BDM has organized.   Possibly this could be done by copying a notification to the Advisor (whose calendar is integrated with HubSpot) that the meeting has been accepted TO the organizer of the meeting?   Many thanks, Katie ...read more

According to HubSpot's Support team, whether a HubDB created Page appears in the XML Sitemap or not can only be controlled at subfolder level.    We have a scenario where a parent page should be indexed by search engines, but the many pages within the subfolder should not. Unfortunately, this means the entire subfolder of content has to be included in the sitemap so that the parent page is easily indexed.    We've added a noidex code to the subpages, but at scale this is a huge number of pages we're telling search engines to crawl via the XML sitemap, only to then say "don't index".   And the result is that we have thousands of these noindex pages clogging up Google's crawls of the site, and significantly delaying the indexation of new content.    A solution like a Yes/No column in the HubDB table that says "Include XML Sitemap" would be ideal. We've tried developing one, but it is not being recognised by HubSpot and is being overridden by the Subfolder rule mentioned above. ...read more

Allow title tags to include essential keywords or phrases that reflect the current focus areas or expertise of the authors, regardless of their length. Why: The current limitation is that meta descriptions and title tags on author pages are static and confined to a one-size-fits-all model, which isn't always effective. This restricts our ability to:   Optimize for Search Engines: A fixed-length meta description may not always use the optimal number of characters necessary to rank well in search engines or to entice clicks from potential readers. Reduce Inefficiency: Without the ability to dynamically customize meta and title tags, much manual intervention is required to keep these elements relevant, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.   Customizing meta and title tags dynamically on author pages can help overcome the limitations of traditional SEO and make it more flexible and targeted. I would like the ability to create a shortcut to be placed in the top area of the new UI.   The new beta UI leaves a bit of empty space in the header and for me, who jump around to different departments/customers/tickets multiple times almost every minute, it would be grand if you were able to pin objects (ticket view/deals/dashboards) to the space right of the search bar for easy and fast access. Preferably you'd be able to pin a shortcut to a specific view, for example "My open tickets".   I work in customer support and I check older tickets, company information etc. all the time, and I work closely with our project coordinators and other teams in their own tickets.
