It would be great to have the ability to set guardrails on an email workflow (marketing) that you could set and get alerted if they hit a certain level. E.g. if the unsubscribe rate hits a cerain number. Then you get notified by email or Slack depending on your integration that there is an issue/warning with that email. That way you can action/remedy promtly without having to go in reguarly and keep checking the performance of your workflow.

We organize our sales email templates and sequences in folders. There is only a single folder-level structure inside of Hubpsot which limits our ability to keep things organized. Having a second or third level folder structure (i.e. subfolders) would help keep us much better organized.

Service Hub is lacking visibility on agents available/offline status (reporting, notifications). Would be very interesting to add Availability Status to user based properties in HubSpot. This would open some possibilities for team activity reporting.

Currently, almost all relevant information from Easybill gets synced to Hubspot with the integration, however, one of the most important pieces of information, the payment date, isn't being pulled from Easybill. Is it possible to add this ASAP? Because we would need this integration to work urgently.

Hi, I would really like the ability to generate a PDF based on form submissions. This is useful because we need physical signatures based on form submissions, and this is a way to generate the page they need to sign.

It would be great to have a course on best practices for maintaining high data quality in the CRM. Particularly: - managing and flagging hard bounces, automatically unsubscribing them for marketing emails - introducing periodical data checks - etc..

When you open a ticket profile and want to continue or start a conversation for this speicific ticket. You have to click on (the titel of the conversation) and it opens a new tab for the conversation. It would be great to just start/ continue the conversation within the ticket profile. So that you dont have to navigate to another tab. See the image below for the current way it is implemented.

Hi, It would be a great timesaver if the activitiy associations would be clickable and take you immediately to the associated item. Now you can only see the association but you still have to cut and paste into the search bar to navigate. Not very efficient to quick lookup. Clickable icons would be nice. Thanks

It would be very helpful to be able to at least partially personalize the Prospecting Dashboard (kind of similar to the Reporting Dashboards). This would allow customers to customize their (sales) summary. For example, overdue deals could be displayed instead of leads.

We need the possibility to list the association labels in a list / report between two related objects. For example we have contacts and companies connected with associations and different association labels. Right at the moment, I can create a table report with these related objects. I can filter the relations by labels. If I filter the associations, I can list the label name. But I want all related objects and a column with a (comma) separated list of the label names witch are on each relation. This is a short description of the problem. The following description is a copy of the question in the community. Our setup has one associated object on top. This is a custom object related to contacts (and a company). This custom object is called Gremium (committee). The object has a property Name. The association to the contacts has a label called 'Präsident' and 'Vizepräsident' (president | vice president). All normal members has no labels on the association, only two people has a label. What I really want to have ist a list of all committees with all presidents / vice presidents and members with the 'function' (label name). DataSource: At first, I didn't configure any labels in the data source. Then I created the table report with one filter: name of the committee has to be known. Othewise I get all contacts with or without relation to a committee. Like this, I get no field association label. Then I reconfigured the data source: Then I get a field association label: And at the end I reconfigured the data source again: Now I see only the related contacts with the selected labels This time with the name of the label. But all other related contacts are missing... I hope, this describes my problem of my new idea. Thanks
