I work as a GTM Manager, and i could sure use a tool to analyse how my sales email template they are performing, seperately from a sequence. It does allow me to analyse the templates ive created but it would let me customise the filters to see which email were opened between certain % value. Or lets say i need email template that was used for than 2000 times, and i want to exclude templates that were only 5 times to avoid data descrepency - current hubspot doesnt have a functionality to do that. Currently (April 2024), it is possible to add code snippets only to selected KB articles. It is not possible to add the same code to all articles at the same time. Code added to "all pages"  won't be applied to the knowledge base pages. ...read more

Hey I'm in the prospect workspace and I'm trying to filter by properties on the contacts but I can only filter by properties on the lead which contains different data than on the contact properties.   This is the response I got from your help desk:    "I don't believe its possible to filter by contact properties since the leads in the prospecting tool are separate from contacts. I am double checking to confirm this for us"   This makes things very difficult on my IT team and impossible for me in Sales Managent to have a congruent set of properties to sort by, which then requires two completely different set of property data.   Leads and Contacts are two completely different OBJECTS, with different properties - why do I need to create a new object type with new properties?   ...read more

I would like the ability to create a shortcut to be placed in the top area of the new UI.   The new beta UI leaves a bit of empty space in the header and for me, who jump around to different departments/customers/tickets multiple times almost every minute, it would be grand if you were able to pin objects (ticket view/deals/dashboards) to the space right of the search bar for easy and fast access. Preferably you'd be able to pin a shortcut to a specific view, for example "My open tickets".   I work in customer support and I check older tickets, company information etc. all the time, and I work closely with our project coordinators and other teams in their own tickets. We have reps who don't are pushed for time and struggle to note up their own calls.    We would like the option for other users to log a call on their behalf. Currently the user who logs the call is noted as the one who makes the call - I would like to be able to change whose call it is.   This will massively help value, as skilled reps would be able to spend longer on calls to customers, and can move quicker onto more calls if other users are able to log the call. This way they will spend longer in front of customers, and still have their call numbers accurate.   Other CRM's do use this functionality.   See below screen shot for idea of where it could work.
