Currently the Funnel Report doesn't remove any Contacts or Deals that moved backwards. For example: Bob Smith was created and assigned a Lead Bob Smith is a Sales Qualified Lead Bob Smith is a Lead In the above scenario, Bob Smith will forever be logged on the Funnel Report as a +1 Sales Qualified Lead, which causes overreporting and the conversion rate to be inaccurate. Changing his Lifecycle Stage does not remove him from the Funnel Report. I'd love to have this fixed to reflect actual record data rather than historical in this instance, or at least give us the option to filter it out. Lifecycle Stage is often mistakenly updated as a result of inconsistent sales processes, automation that runs on records it shouldn't, and such, but when we find the mistake there's no way to fix the Funnel Report.
