  1. Duplicate Detection Perfected

    Improve Hubspots CRM duplicate detection by allowing the user to set the criteria for what is considered a duplicate.

    Currently Hubspot CRM will detect duplicates ONLY based on a email address.

    Everybody has multiple email addresses - EVERBODY.

    Allow the user to add other criteria for duplicate detection like LinkedIn profile URL. You can only have one LinkedIn profile URL, so this would make duplicate detection nearly perfect.

      Thanks for this suggestion. I think there’s two ideas here. One is being able to have contacts with multiple email addresses. The other is being able to set personalized de-duplication criteria.

      Both are on our radar, and this is a great idea for an approach.

    • CRM - search by custom properties

      The CRM search only returns results based on name, email, and phone number.

      We need the ability to search (not filter) based on custom properties.

      Use case: I am speaking with someone on LinkedIn and need to find them within the CRM. Her name and email do not give the correct results.

      If I could search her by LinkedIn URL (custom property) I would always get the correct results because people have many email addresses but only one LinkedIn URL.

        This is great feedback. Right now, search is limited to only a few properties like email address, name, domain, etc. The reason is to keep search fast and scalable.

        We’ve discussed adding a feature to allow users to specify the property they want to search for. For example, we could potentially allow you type the following into your search box: Favorite Ice Cream: Vanilla.

        I would like to have functionality added to hubspot to allow for multiple users to be able to send an email from a specific account.

        Right now there is functionality to have one person use the connected accounts feature but I would like to have more than one user have this option.

        Please update this to allow for multiples to have the same connected accounts

          It would be helpful if Hubspot integrated with Rebrandly so we are able to use a custom shortened domain. As of now, Hubspot only integrates with Bitly for this feature, but the enterprise version of Bitly is outrageously priced at $500/month. Rebrandly for professional use is more reasonably priced at $99/month. There are many other shortened domain services that are far more affordable than what Bitly would like to charge.

              We would like to use the Ads Add-on but we'd love for it to integrate with Facebook as well - as this is a platform that all of our clients use. It would be great to be able to manage Facebook ads directly from HubSpot and see ROI reports on our campaigns, just as it is currently possible for LinkedIn and AdWords.

                  We have clients with several domains. The fallback for personalization tokens are the same for all domains. It would be great if it was possible to set different default values for the separate domains.

                    I would like to know if there is a chance to export the call Log history records to able to analyse deeply the performance of the business development representatives and reproduce KPIs that can help me understand the pitch rate %, The best time to call a specific buyer persona, How many companies and contacts were we able to connect with during the day.                         If you are choosing to round robin your leads to your sales people, we would like to have the ability to round robin whose calendar(HubSpot Meetings) a lead is able to book time on based on their lead owner.

                          Currently, the only date and numbering locale looking like what it should for Norwegian users is German. However it displays German words for time etc. (i.e. 15:30 Uhr)
                          Would be nice to have "dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss" and "# ##0,##" without German clutter.

                              This is defintely something on the roadmap. We would like to allow emailing and calling from both deals and companies. We think it will be a big win for efficiency.

                            • Include the total number of times an email has been opened

                              HubSpot is already tracking and logging each time an email is opened (which can be found by exporting the CSV file).

                              Would love to have a total count of how many times and email is opened by an individual available in either a column in the CSV or (ideally) on the email reports page.

                                I have been coming across a use case for this more often as of late.
                                We have a bunch of clients that use Marketo (unfortunately).

                                One thing I do like about Marketo is their form API seems to be more developer friendly

                                Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve in plain english:

                                We store custom data inside cookies to track various interactions with Ad campaigns across various networks that we send through hidden fields inside form submissions.

                                    There should be a button to make all the send times the same as the one selected.

                                    If it is 12pm and I decide to send an email (because I was busy calling at 8am - 11am as is typical), then every email in the sequence is set to 12pm, but I may want them to all be 8 am.

                                    To do that, I can manually modify each time from 12pm to 8am by going to the first email and then

                                          We would like to see a way to log meetings to CRM from your Outlook calendar. Our sales team heavily uses Outlook and rather than track meetings in HubSpot manually by entering them individually, it would be awesome to have a log meeting to CRM button that would do it automatically!
