  1. New CRM Mobile App: Android version as well please.

    The new beta of the CRM mobile app is great. Some of our salespeople are Android users though. Hoping a version will come out for Android as well.

    • Exhange/Outlook integration for contacts and calendar

      Sales people use Outlook, period. And because that's what they use, that's where the information should be at. Best way to achieve this would be via Exchange integration so that people would have access to the same information even on their mobile and wouldn't just be dependent on a single plugin.

          We're a design firm, so naturally our audience appreciates visual stimuli - Instagram is a great place to communicate & engage. It would be nice to plug our account into HubSpot :)

            Some of our contacts have multiple email addresses. I wish there was a way to keep those within the same contact and just have primary/secondary designations. That way we wouldn't have to have multiple contact records for the same person.

              This is something that we want to allow as well.

              Since email has traditionally been a unique ID for contacts in HubSpot, this is a tricky one and requires updates throughout various parts of the product.

            • Duplicate Detection Perfected

              Improve Hubspots CRM duplicate detection by allowing the user to set the criteria for what is considered a duplicate.

              Currently Hubspot CRM will detect duplicates ONLY based on a email address.

              Everybody has multiple email addresses - EVERBODY.

              Allow the user to add other criteria for duplicate detection like LinkedIn profile URL. You can only have one LinkedIn profile URL, so this would make duplicate detection nearly perfect.

                Thanks for this suggestion. I think there’s two ideas here. One is being able to have contacts with multiple email addresses. The other is being able to set personalized de-duplication criteria.

                Both are on our radar, and this is a great idea for an approach.

              • A/B test automated emails

                Currently, A/B testing options for email campaigns disappear when selected for automation.

                Anyway we can add this to the A/B testing capability?

                  We have a number of MAC users. It would be nice to have Sidekick integrate with Outlook for MAC users. Is this a feature that will be available soon?

                  • Allow Social Monitoring Across Facebook, G+, LinkedIn

                    It would be nice to be able to monitor our Facebook, G+, and LinkedIn accounts along with Twitter. Unless I'm missing something in HubSpot's capabilities, we're going to have to use another vendor like Postling to handle this.

                      Our website needs to house content in different languages, and we find it very difficult for navigation to be smooth, and difficult to manage the navigation in all the different languages.

                      That's what we would like to see:

                      1) Enabling an easy way to connect site pages and landing pages that have the same content but of a different language. When a page is created in English, then the same page should be automatically created in the other languages in the COS with the same settings and the same navigation options.                           Multiple currencies is something we have planned for the future.

                          Currently, you can pick a default currency for your account, but everything must be entered in the same currency.

                        • Calculated fields

                          Other CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce allow admins to create custom calculated fields using a formula.

                            Calculated fields is a feature we would like to have in the future, but, unfortunately, is not something that we will likely have in 2016.

                          • Allow me to track a WordPress post in an Inbound Campaign via the HubSpot Plugin

                            Right now, the only way to track a post as part of an inbound campaign is to use the COS. But what about those of us who use WordPress? Please update the WP plugin to allow me to track posts as part of the campaign. Thanks!

                              Sometimes important notes get lost - we'd like to be able to pin an important note at the top of a customers timeline.

                                Pinning a note is something we’re considering. We’re also considering a search for notes in the timeline. One way or another, we want to solve the problem of finding information in a crowded timeline.

                              • Rebrandly

                                It would be helpful if Hubspot integrated with Rebrandly so we are able to use a custom shortened domain. As of now, Hubspot only integrates with Bitly for this feature, but the enterprise version of Bitly is outrageously priced at $500/month. Rebrandly for professional use is more reasonably priced at $99/month. There are many other shortened domain services that are far more affordable than what Bitly would like to charge.

                                • Create required fields for Deals in CRM

                                  There are fields that we would like to be mandatory, fields that the Sales Team can't skip when creating Deals. Would love to have the ability to make fields mandatory where Sales can't move forward without them, holds them accountable and allows us to gather the information we want and need to see.

                                  • Let workflows update a deal property

                                    It would be great to see how a contact moves to become a deal. It is already possible to update the company and contact property through workflows but for us it would be great if a deal could have a property that is updated through a workflow. In our case we added a conversion property to companies and contacts and would love for this one to be added to deals as well to see from which source the deals (and ultimately the revenue come).

                                      The CRM search only returns results based on name, email, and phone number.

                                      We need the ability to search (not filter) based on custom properties.

                                      Use case: I am speaking with someone on LinkedIn and need to find them within the CRM. Her name and email do not give the correct results.

                                      If I could search her by LinkedIn URL (custom property) I would always get the correct results because people have many email addresses but only one LinkedIn URL.

                                        This is great feedback. Right now, search is limited to only a few properties like email address, name, domain, etc. The reason is to keep search fast and scalable.

                                        We’ve discussed adding a feature to allow users to specify the property they want to search for. For example, we could potentially allow you type the following into your search box: Favorite Ice Cream: Vanilla.

                                      • Create products/pricebooks, & send/receive agreements/invoices in Hubspot CRM.

                                        Create products/pricebooks, & send/receive agreements/quotes/invoices in Hubspot CRM.

                                        In order for us to use Hubspot CRM as a stand alone CRM we'd need to be able to choose products within a deal, Calculate the Full Amount if there are multiple products in one deal, and create agreements/quotes/invoices to send (hopefully through electronic signature) to our clients.
                                        Then of course be alerted of the returning signed agreements within CRM.

                                        Automated Triggers throughout the agreement/quotes/invoices process would be great as well.

                                          This will likely be two seperate initiatives, both are things we plan to work on in the future:

                                          1) Products/Pricebooks: The ability to set products, quantities, amounts, “one-time” revenue, recurring revenue.

                                          2) Invoices, agreements, signature tracking.

                                        • Track Customers When They Close

                                          It's not useful to track customers when at the first touch, which is the way it's done now. Tracking them when they close gives you a month to month snapshot of how you're doing in sales. Granted, there's a sales cycle that could be several months, but first touch doesn't help you understand how sales are progressing.
