Add a phone number and ability to call from a deal in the CRM. It would be great to do so since this would both save time for the sales guys as well as keep all notes in the same place (now the phone call notes end up in contact instead of for the deal).
This is defintely something on the roadmap. We would like to allow emailing and calling from both deals and companies. We think it will be a big win for efficiency.
Agree. This would save our sales team 1 click for each contact we have to deal with. 1 click x 100 contacts a day = 100 clicks.
Multiply 100 clicks to a sales team = Hours saved.
A program called contractually can do this- perhaps try model after this?
