Workflow - Add/Remove from Salesforce Campaign
Adding a workflow option to set the contact property of "CampaignID" so a workflow is able to add and remove people from Salesforce campaigns.
It would be useful to have functionality to be able to add leads that clicked a specific link in an email to an SFDC campaign, without sending them first to a landing page/form to submit... This would allow tracking via SFDC of leads who clicked a link (to download a document for example) without forcing them to go through a new form submission... Since email recipients contact information is already known, it seems unnecessary to require them to submit a form again...
The ability to enroll a contact in a Salesforce campaign from a workflow is now out of beta and available for SFDC-integrated customers.
Excellent news! Do you have any idea of timeframe for availability?
Will this also include the option to change the contact's status?
Agreed. Can't believe this isn't a functionality yet? Very disappointed when I began research this possibility to find it is non-existent.
This is critical - also the ability to update someone's SFDC campaign status, via HubSpot workflow.

This one is huge for me. I completely agree with @Jame Ervin about the calculation of ROI, which is what my CFO is focused on. This seems fairly straightforward, since you offer the ability to add form submissions to a SF campaign.

I agree, I also want the ability to set or change a campaign member status from a workflow. Campaign integration is really lacking right now, and it is difficult to calculate full ROI without a lot of manual manipulation.
