E-mails to be sent at specific time in any time zone
Research shows that 2-4 PM is the best timeframe to optimize opening & clicking of e-mails. Mailchimp allows you to set a specific time (in any timezone) for devlivery thereby creating a queue of e-mails to go out exactly at 2 PM everywhere around the world. HubSpot should do this too so that we can focus all of our e-mails to come out of HubSpot as opposed to a 3rd party product like Mailchimp.
With the desire to optimize Open Rates, we need the ability to stagger email sends based on the Time Zone of user's last known IP Address.
Pretty much, why doesn't HubSpot have MailChimp's Timewarp functionality.
It would be nice to have a feature that bring into consideration the different time zones of the subscribers. for example, if you want your email sent out at 8:00 am, every subscriber will get it at 8:00 am.
When scheduling a specific time to send an e-mail, it would be very beneficial to be able to send each time zone at the same time for that particular time zone. Instead of sending at 7am PST, 8am MST, 9am CST and 10am EST...it would go at 10am across the board.
This feature is live and available to all Pro and Enterprise customers. Just look for the Smart Send option when sending or scheduling an email in the email editor :)

Well, what's live is only a partial solution as this doesn't seem to apply for automated emails or blog notifications which constitute 99% of our emails sent.

Thanks! Using it already. Love it!!
The Smart Send feature is great, IF you have the contact's IP address. If not, there needs to be an option to use the country data instead. We have thousands of contacts who we do not have IP address information for, and right now need an ugly workaround to use their country data (which is accurate) in order to do a HubSpot Smart Send.
Dear HubSpot: Please add this basic funtionality to the Smart Send feature!

Used it for last email campaign. It's great!

Sending out emails according to time zone is a simple but vital for segmentation that cannot be rolled out soon enough.

This smart send would be great to have while we are utilizing ab testing. When you create an ab test the smart send feature disappears and you can only pick one time to mass send out an email.
any release date in mind?
HubSpot should also add the ability to cancel an email, so that if there's a problem or error that's revealed in the earlier deliveries, there is still time to cancel and correct the mistake before it is sent to the rest of the list.
We're a HubSpot agency partner and had the same issue. We've started using the new Seventh Sense / HubSpot integration which solves this problem perfectly (although in a different way). It analyzes your historical data within HubSpot and then allows you to personalize the send time for each contact. Much better than worrying about time zones and everything. We've seen a big improvement in engagement, decrease in unsubscribes (this is what we were most excited about) and better deliverability than we've had previously.

Forgive my ignorance ... Customer Success Manager? I don't know what or who that is.
any update on when this feature will be available? We have clients with databases across the world and I would love to report back to them that there is a date in mind for the implementation for this.
Thanks so much

This is huge news! For our national audience, one-size-fits-all is a serious detriment.

Great news. Please make sure to also enable this for (1) blog post notifications as well as (2) automated emails.

"Worldata Research examined the effects of using time-zone adjusted email delivery versus general email delivery during the deployment of your email campaigns. The use of time-zone adjusted email delivery was shown to help improve overall ‘Open Rates” by 16%. When setting up your email deployment times, the location of where your emails are being sent should always be taken into consideration. The time of day your message is released will make a significant difference in your overall email performance. The hours between 5:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. are revealed to be the most beneficial times to have your emails deployed. By having awareness of time-zone differences, you have the ability to hit your prospect’s inboxes at the same time all over the world and focus on this window of opportunity. This approach will improve response rates and generate an increase in the success of your email campaign."
This is another plea for support for this feature.
As a company operating across the globe, it's critical for me to send emails at the most appropriate time of day in each region. It would save significant time trying to calculate the time differences.

So we are coming on a year since you said you would build this. In my first campaign we are running in the system, I was receiving e-mails at 7:30pm on the East Coast. Our target audience is generally gone by the time and likely won't go back to look at vendor e-mails from a previous day. When do you anticipate completing this necessary feature that all other platforms have?

Act-on can send by time and it's fair to say that after a side-by-side comparison, delivering at optimal times dramatically increases response.. Just in case this helps anyone.. (p.s. we are HS customers, just trying to help the group)
This is a game-changer! Please help us out, Hubspot!
Is there an update on when this will be available? It's a basic feature that will make a huge difference to a lot of us!
I was amazed to discover its not possiable!!!!
