Reduce the amount of link tracking 'garbage' text visible to the user
When a URL is tracked within Hubspot, it appends a long, jumbled list of variable characters that is unique to that URL for tracking purposes. Unfortunately, when a user hovers over the link/CTA, that jumbled tracking link is displayed to the user. Not only is it frightening but it can cause issues covering up the overall message of the mailing.
Request: Make the URL pretty on the front end for the user - maybe even allow marketers to edit the link pre-fixes, so the re-directs are matched before deployment. Please see attached image for example.

I agree. This is a must for providing a good user experience. I recently switched from Marketo to HubSpot. Marketo's email tracking links are about 1/50 the length of HubSpot's. We've received concerns from our newsletter subscribers that are afraid of the "scary looking" HubSpot links.

Michael's advice was great although it depends on the Email reader whether the title is shown. Outlook (2007) still shows the full URL on mouse-over but Gmail shows the title at the mouse-over but also the URL down the bottom. Sot's worth it if it has an improvement sometimes.
To add titles, click the </> source code button in Rich Text controls to manually edit the <a href=> tags in your email - it remembers these changes for that email but you also have to do it whenever you add a another link. If you have links in your email template then go edit these templates as well.
if you add the title attribute to your anchors it could solve your problem.
example: in the editor panel click on tools / source code.
Look for the anchor tag and add the title attribute <a href="some url" alt="" title="some awesome title" >link text</a>
