Personas Tool is Missing SQL's & Opportunities
The personas tool is very good. I like it a lot. There is a gaping hole in it though.
The main dashboard only shows the numbers for Leads, MQLs, and Customers. What happened to SQLs and Opportunities?
For those of us using HubSpot as a lifecycle marketing tool, this omission of the lifecycle stages is a big problem.
At this point, I log in and do not see contacts currently in the SQL and Opps lifecycle stages in the dashboard, and my clients do not either. Please add the ability to add these columns to the dashboard.
Is this still pending after 2 years?
Would love to see this modified, we only use MQL, SQL and Customers for all our clients and currently can't see the most important final step, how many SQL we have generated for our clients. The ability to customise this module of the dashboard like other modules would be very helpful

I agree. A great solution to this would be to add the ability to customize the contacts table on the default marketing dashboard. Let us choose what stages we want to see in a snapshot instead of forcing Leads, MQL's and Customers.
I get that this is a selling point for the dashboards addon, but this seems like a basic feature that should be included with the base price. "Want to dig deeper ? Try our Reports Dashboards for free for 30 days."
If you are still fighting with the opportunity cost of the Reports Dashboard...at least let us who have subscribed to the addon customize this view!
Has there been any update to this post? This is one feature that my team and I struggle with daily. We really want to use the persona tool, but need them to be editable per our definitions.
This is definitely critical, especially if you aren't going to let us edit persona list names or deleted unwanted persona lists. Overall, I would prefer that the persona tool offer more functionality by allowing us to create more than one persona question and by making persona lists completely editable.

Yes. We need this too! It's critical.
