Allow me to track a WordPress post in an Inbound Campaign via the HubSpot Plugin
Right now, the only way to track a post as part of an inbound campaign is to use the COS. But what about those of us who use WordPress? Please update the WP plugin to allow me to track posts as part of the campaign. Thanks!

Adding my vote to the support of this feature. Single-source reporting helps us sell HubSpot to clients and spend our time making their marketing smarter - rather than compiling analytics.

Hubspot!!! You need to pay attention to this. WE NEED THIS FEATURE. I will cancel if not.
I created 151 landing pages in my wp site as a custom post type with a custom template. All for an ongoing campaign. Would be great to associate those external pages with the corresponding campaign in Hubspot. I have the analytics add on but it didn't capture this properly. Disappointing.
HubSpot -why don't you address this issue? It is clearly a problem. I find it take a lot away from basic reporting. Please put some energy into fixing this and stop messing with my display. The dashboard works just fine... the WordPress plug in does not.
Alternatively, let us associate an external URL via the Page Performance Report, or from the Campaigns app. I REALLY wish i could do it from this view: http://screencast.com/t/ArsrQLRuRFBu
There are a few other ideas asking for similar functionality:

Hey HubSpot ...... time to pay attention to this issue. This is causing friction with our clients now, and the fact that we do not have an answer for such a simple request, even if it's one we do not like, seems a bit ridiculous as we're out here selling your product and then working to keep clients onboard with the solution despite being blocked from using all parts of hubspot for no reason.
Very short sighted to push agencies with in-house developers to use HubSpot COS...

Agreed. Since the new Hubspot change, it looks like Wordpress users are not able to track published blog posts on the Dashboard. I understand from a business perspective, HS wants its customers to build its websites on their COS, but that's a big and time-consuming change and quite frankly some us don't have the time to make the migration—yet. I plan to make this move, but think it's unfair to take away this really cool piece of functionality from the Dashboard, even if you can still view it under Content > Landing Pages > Blog Tracker.

I am in my hubspot agency trial and I was 100% going to signup but on finding out if I want to run a campaign i need to have all content under hubspot campaigns has really put me off now.
I should at least have the option to add site pages to a campaign for analytics purposes.

I think that any external site page (outside the COS) should be able to be associated with a campaign. We have many clients that would benefit greatly from this.
So for Blogs it would be great if our external blog posts could be associated into a campaign (we already have the Hubspot code snippet tracking the page). For other kinds of campaigns, we'd love to be able to associate specific external pages like a product page or landing page for our clients. That would give us true closed loop tracking of campaign activity and not force us to migrate to the COS which many of our clients won't be willing to do based on functionality or an already well-developed external system.
Agreed. Being able to associate a campaign in the Hubspot plugin for Wordpress could be very powerful for our business. We have a handful of blog contributors outside of the company that we don't want to give access to our Hubspot, and who are honestly just not saavy enough to navigate the Hubspot CMS. The training for these users, who are located on multiple continents, would be rather time intensive. We're new users of Hubspot also, and we'd have to migrate hundreds of blog posts with COS URL mapping if we were to switch blogging platforms, not to mention the SEO hit we'd take for a month or 2 - we're a startup and can't afford a drop in SEO that long.
Ideally, a solution for this could be as simple as a dropdown that allows me to select a campaign, or a shortcode area in a post where I could input a campaign ID number. Though it'd be EXCELLENT to see scheduled posts on the content calendar, the most important addition for us would be campaigns.

We have a lot of WordPress clients using HubSpot. This would make the campaign tool very useful for them. But please, make this possible to work with any CMS. Most of our clients are not willing to switch to HubSpot because they are not supporting multilingual sites.

This would be immensely helpful in properly tracking and reporting Blog effectiveness and Campaign effectiveness. I have not discovered any workarounds.
Yes! This would make Hubspot a 100 times more useful.
