  1. Company Prospect Report

    It would be good to create a report from the prospects tool but filtered by pages/page sets (url containing, etc.).

    This would allow salespeople to see interest on their products from companies even when the users themselves are not being tracked.

    Ultimately helping to identify whether the site/pages are attracting target companies (or identifying those we haven't), and whether we need to improve the content on those pages to help them convert.

    This functionality already exists in smart lists "New list -> Page View" so seems straightforward to push to the prospects tool as well.

      Often times my company attends tradeshows and conventions. Collecting business cards and manually entering them into Hubspot can be a lengthy process. We have tried other badge scanner apps but it often times doesn't work out the way we want it to.

      If Hubspot could create an app that would scan a business card, bar code, or QR code and then it would load into your app. My vision looks like this. You meet someone at a trade show and want their contact information. They hand you a business card or you scan their name badge and their contact information…

        I love the idea of the Composer tool, but when going back and forth between editors, it would be great if Composer saved versions. Sometimes sentences get written over by accident and there's no way to get them back.

          • Enhance Tabbers to Include Forms

            Currently HB has a customer Tabbers Module. This is great. I would like to be able to include a form based on the tab content.

            • multiple email addresses per contact

              I would like the option to have multiple email addresses assigned to one contact. Currently, we can add a field to capture this data, BUT the Sales CRM does NOT currently recognize a person if they use their alternate email address for email correspondence. Hubspot will ask to create another contact, thus essentially duplication the contact. It would be nice if it would automagically cross reference any additional email addresses associated with that contact and confirm that contact before logging it in history.

              • Add competitor report module option to marketing dashboard

                We would like to be able to attach the competitor report to the marketing dashboard, instead of having to navigate to Reports > Competitors.

                  I want to build a workflow so a MQL who completed a form (or shows up on a list) is unassigned from a sales exec and put back into out BDR pool if the sales exec has not attempted to contact that MQL within a 3-hour period. Currently, we can only do this by day or week, not hour.

                    As the manager/owner of my company, most of my emails that wind up in the CRM are free game. But sometimes I need to keep some people private, IE, lawyer, accountant, wife, etc. I would like to have a history of the conversations, but dont need the whole sales team viewing these. I would like to be able to mark them as private or something, can you please help?

                      On a landing page or website page details area, the keywords from organic search which took contacts to the page are visible, but there is no means of exporting that information.

                      Adding that feature would allow better analysis of traffic to a site and targeting of keywords for future content.

                        My suggestion for Hubspot's pursuit of Awesomeness is that the ability to include properties from both Deals and contacts at the same time. I will give two examples.

                        From within DEALS filter by DEAL STAGE and select a property. I would like to have the ability to further filter this list by the ASSOCIATE CONTACT Recent Sales Email Opened Property is known.

                        From within CONTACTS filter by Recent Sales Email is known.Add a second filter for DEALS in a particular DEAL STAGE such as Email Sent

                          We utilize a dealer sales/distribution model in our organization. Because of that we would like to have the ability to restrict which users can access and view individual documents uploaded to specific folders in our file management area of our portal.

                          For instance, two dealers have bordering territory lines but these territories are not exclusive. There is nothing stopping a prospect from purchasing at dealer A even though his local dealer is dealer B.                             With so many entries on the CRM timeline for many contacts, it can be tough to quickly find key milestones or to highlight important events.

                            With the addition of a tagging feature so the user can create their own color coded custom tags, a user could easily highlight specific entries on the timeline.

                            For those familiar with Github, this would work much the same way as labels on tickets work.

                            It might even be nice to allow the user to pin a tagged item to the top of the timeline. i.e.: OUTSTANDING BALANCE DUE ... to make that note move…

                            • Allow for different pipeline-specific properties for deal cards that adjust based on the pipeline.

                              When you adjust the properties that are visible in a deal card, those properties become the same properties that you see no matter what pipeline you are in. Our pipelines are very different and we would like to be able to customize the deal properties that are visible in each deal card based on the pipeline that it belongs to.

                              In an ideal world, we would like to set the deal properties based on the deal card so that we only see the properties that are actually relevant to that pipeline/type of deal.

                                  We have deals that are monthly recurring and one time deals - currently you only give the option to enter an "amount" but I want to see what the MRC is for the deal on the forecast not just the annualized amount. I'm sure many other companies have similar deals. When you enter the annualized amount that is not an accurate reflection of the deal in the deal forecast.

                                    The user permissions only allow you to prevent Bulk Deletions. It still however allows users to delete individual records.

                                    Sales teams in particular should not be allowed to have this access, certainly if they are out on the road and they could still delete the same volume as a bulk deletion over time.

                                    Can this be added to the permission rights as a option to either allow this or not.

                                      In needing hold sales reps accountable to not only working Contacts, but also working Deals it would be beneficial to use the Email and Call tools in the Contact Record or Gmail and have the activity reflect in the Deal. With this a sales manager or other could see that a Deal is being worked on.

                                        When a customer makes an inbound call, it is good practice to quickly search the phone number from the caller ID so the sales team can pull up their record, view their timeline, and leave notes on the call. The recent addition of the capability to search by phone number is great for this, but unfortunately there are only 2 fields to enter a phone number, "Phone Number" and "Mobile Phone Number", while many sales organizations have contacts with 3,4, or 5 phone numbers associated with a contact record.
