It would be amazing if we could measure goal attribution (revenue) from deal-split value, now that deal-splits is a thing in HubSpot. Example: Deal A has a value of 1.000€, it has a Deal-owner (primary user) and there are 2 deal split owners User A (Deal owner) - 50% deal split User B (50% deal split) Currently when measuring in the goals section of HubSpot, it would attribute 100% of the deal value - 1.000€ to user A, as that is the deal-owner.  Is there any plans on making this more customizable?  ...read more

It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. If we could customize views we could add few other cotact or in this case also primery comppany related info which would help the users to see faster the information without going into contact card immediately. ...read more

I am travelling a fair bit for work and jump between time zones.   Example: I am in the CET timezone and will travel to the PST timezone from 05/01/24 <> 05/09/24. Hi, for workflows, lists and emailings you can create a folder structure. It would be great to have a rights management for those folders in a way that I can decide for single folders who should be able to only view or can edit. At the moment the folder features are not the same in the three sections. For emailings and lists there is no access management at all at the moment. For workflows you can assign dedicated ones to special teams to edit, but then the non-chosen teams cannot even see the workflows any more. My use case would be the following: we would offer some templates to the team that they should use so they always use the right and most current template. Thus they should only be able to clone it and then create their customized email/list/workflow, but they should not be able to edit the template.   Thanks, best Andrea ...read more

I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows.   While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable.   Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below:   Example for a complex workflow trigger   With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria.   Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot. ...read more

Hello,   I am cleaning my company's template. I identified more than 700 unused templates thanks to the sales content analytics report.    I wanted to select those 700 from there and move them to a cleaning folder BUT that is imposible.   Result: I'll have to go one by one to place the folder in the template.   My request is simply to have the possibility to move the templates in a folder directly from the sales content analytics.
