This feature request is something that many have asked for in the past. When you either have the manual tracking code embedded on the site or utilizing a CMS module that integrates HubSpot into your site (like WordPress), it tracks all forms. You can get around this to a point by utilizing modern form modules (WP Forms for example) that have native integrations with HubSpot that basically causes the form to be seen as a native form versus a non-HubSpot form. If you have login forms, or other sensitive data type forms then sometimes these forms are included. I realize that "sensitive" data isn't tracked per se...but then you still get a ton of entries for logins, non-marketing forms, etc. There have been plenty of work arounds over the years, but it's definitely time to get this resolved fully for the HubSpot customers/community. I envision that to make this easy, in the HubSpot Admin you could toggle individual "tracked" forms that appear and block them from sending any notifications on a form by form level, and/or just stop tracking them completely. Remember - currently the non-hubspot form notifications appears to be a global setting, not on a form by form level. Thanks for the consideration in this MUCH needed / simple feature.

It would be great to be able to see different sequence enrollments as an association card on the right-hand side of Contact, Deal, Company & Custom Objects records in Hubspot. This would function essentially the same as "List Memberships". The reason this would be helpful is that it's difficult to see different sequences a Contact was enrolled in unless you were to create static lists of each sequence's recipient list.

It would be great if Hubspot had an in-built AI tool to adjust the english language on emails, landing pages etc. for different markets, such as, UK, Canada and US, who all use different variants of ENG words! If this tool could use the country of the contact to alter the spelling, even better!

According to HubSpot's Support team, whether a HubDB created Page appears in the XML Sitemap or not can only be controlled at subfolder level. We have a scenario where a parent page should be indexed by search engines, but the many pages within the subfolder should not. Unfortunately, this means the entire subfolder of content has to be included in the sitemap so that the parent page is easily indexed. We've added a noidex code to the subpages, but at scale this is a huge number of pages we're telling search engines to crawl via the XML sitemap, only to then say "don't index". And the result is that we have thousands of these noindex pages clogging up Google's crawls of the site, and significantly delaying the indexation of new content. A solution like a Yes/No column in the HubDB table that says "Include XML Sitemap" would be ideal. We've tried developing one, but it is not being recognised by HubSpot and is being overridden by the Subfolder rule mentioned above.

We have BDMs setting up meetings for Advisors. The BDM is the meeting organizer, the Advisor is the meeting host. The meeting is in the Advisor's calendar (Outlook, Google...). The BDMs would like to be notified in HubSpot when a contact accepts a meeting with the Advisor that the BDM has organized. Possibly this could be done by copying a notification to the Advisor (whose calendar is integrated with HubSpot) that the meeting has been accepted TO the organizer of the meeting? Hello everyone, I have the problem that I cannot restrict folders for the e-mail templates for individual teams. I can only restrict the individual emails. This means that the teams can see all folders, but not all emails. Maybe some of you have the same problem. It would be good if you could share folders with certain e-mail templates with certain teams and not with others. Hi! It would be great to have the option to include smart rules directly in the saved drag & drop templates (right now it seems to be not possible). Without that, teams need to use the template & still tailor it with all the smart rules blocks, which is not always quick and efficient.

I have a client with the use case where we would ONLY like the Deal Amount to be updated by the values from Line Items. We can create a Workflow to 'clear' the Amount of the Deal if it has no Line Items, but ideally just need a check box that allows you to define that the Deal 'Amount' should only ever be populated by its Line Items.

Currently it is possible to add a Product (from the Product Library) to a Deal, and modify its name. It's not possible to restrict Name changes (as you can for other Properties) based on Profile or user. This means that Reports on Line Items in a Quote or sold may not be entirely accurate, since the Line Item names may not match if a user inadvertently makes a change. Whilst we can train users not to do that - preventions is better than cure 🤒 My client requires more control over who can make certain changes to the properties on a Line Item when being added to a Deal, but specifically the Name. Would love to see further functionality here to make Products/Line Items more robust please. Please get in touch, HubSpot Product Manager, if you would like more details and use cases.
