We'd like to restrict record merging separetely with a specific merging permission. Currently the merging functionality is enabled within the editing privileges, but sometimes we want to restrict merging even though the user can edit a record. Today, we have that capability with importing records. A user can import records if they have editing permissions, but only if they also have the specific importing permission set. It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. We upload thousands of customer product images. The only way we can search for them now is to put every image element into the file name. For instance, patio-plants-pergola-water-feature-17. While that's great for getting a somewhat good SEO-optimized image, it's a bit of a pain. Feature Request: Exclude Weekends from "Send Later" in One-to-One Emails I'm reaching out to request a new feature for one-to-one emails in the CRM. Currently, the "Send Later" function doesn't allow you to exclude weekends, which can be inconvenient for business communication. While I appreciate the provided resources on workflows and managing marketing email settings, this feature request specifically relates to one-to-one emails (not workflows or sequences). Here's why excluding weekends from "Send Later" would be beneficial: Improves Engagement: Sending emails on weekdays is more likely to get a response during business hours. The one thing that really annoys me about Hubspot forms is that you have to create custom property if you want to add a custom field to a form.   We have a lot of different forms, most time for just a short amount of time but with multiple entries by the same client.  So we don't want custom properties bloating our contact.    We would like to be able to add an unlimited amount of form fields that isn't connected to a property.  Just like you for example can do in Gravity Forms or Formidable Forms. If I have a user with a permission set, and an admin applies a manual permission change on something, I do not know that has happened and I cannot undo it.   For example, I have Bob using Permission Set "Sales" and it includes CRM Export. Some admin at some point in the past manually set him to not have export. That manual setting overrides everything I do.   If I create a new permission set for our sales team, and applie to all the sales people, I get no notification that Bob is different than the rest of them. I will think Bob has all the permissions of the new set, but any manual change persists. Worse, when I finally figure out what happened, all I can do is flip Export to on. It's now overridden to be on. I actually want the override to just go away. I want that field to follow his permission set and cease to be a field that an admin has to "remember" was adjusted.   If I assign Bob a new set, I want a notification: "Bob has 4 permissions that were manually set that conflict with this permission set assignment. Hi,   The "Activity type" workflow condition is relatively recent, but it lacks the ability to trigger re-enrollment. Users frequently encounter situations where they need to monitor sales emails sent to contacts and reenroll those contacts into the workflow to generate follow-up tasks, among other things. Enabling reenrollment within the "Activity type" condition would be immensely beneficial, as it would allow contacts to be pulled into the same workflow multiple times.   Thanks. ...read more

Hi, for workflows, lists and emailings you can create a folder structure. It would be great to have a rights management for those folders in a way that I can decide for single folders who should be able to only view or can edit. At the moment the folder features are not the same in the three sections. For emailings and lists there is no access management at all at the moment. For workflows you can assign dedicated ones to special teams to edit, but then the non-chosen teams cannot even see the workflows any more. My use case would be the following: we would offer some templates to the team that they should use so they always use the right and most current template. Thus they should only be able to clone it and then create their customized email/list/workflow, but they should not be able to edit the template.   Thanks, best Andrea ...read more
